Recently built, the villa is located in the countryside of St Gertrudis, 15 min driving from Ibiza and 10 min from San Antonio.
From the back terrace there is a wonderful view of the south of the island and a far view of Formentera.
The property land is 25.000m2 completely fenced all around surrounded by fruit and pine trees.
The villa is divided into: main house, one independent bedroom with bathroom and a guest house with one bedroom, and all together add up to 6 bedrooms.
The inside of the main house extends for 470m2 and entering from the double garage, there is:
1 laundry room with a wall to wall wardrobe, washing machine and dryer;
1 store room;
1 full equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, Smeg coffee machine, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave;
1 open living room with a sofa for 6, 50’ LCD satellite TV with “home cinema” and “dolby surround” systems, a hard top PC for internet connection and in order to check the property surveillance cameras;
1 dining room with a table for 12 persons;
1 living room with a 8 seat double sofa and 46’ LCD 3D TV with “home cinema” and “dolby surround” systems;
1 guest bathroom;
2 suites, each one with 1 bed size 180cm and private bathroom, satellite TV, telephone, musical system and intercom;
From indoor stares you reach the lower level. Here there is:
1 gymnasium with many exercise machines and weights;

The outdoor bedroom has a dressing room and a suite with bed size 200cm and private bathroom with tub , satellite TV, telephone, musical system and intercom;
From the outside of the main house just a few steps apart there is 66m2 independent guest house, with an outdoor terrace and a dining area.
Inside the guest house there is:
1 open kitchen with a table for 4, a sofa and LCD satellite TV;
1 bedroom with 1 bed size 160 cm, satellite TV, telephone, musical system and intercom;
1 small room with a washing machine;
1 bathroom with shower.

All the rooms of the villa have independent air conditioning, ground radiant heating, musical system and intercom, Wifi internet (also outdoor). The 2 main entrance door are armoured as well as all the windows and glass doors. The property has a proper surveillance system with 11 cameras plus an automatic light system . There is a perimeter alarm directly connected to a private safety company.
All around the villa there are different gardens, with lawn, Mediterranean and tropical plants. The “infinity” pool is 12x12x7m and is surrounded by 3 covered terraces , chillout with a Balinese bed and a Jacuzzi for 4 persons. There are sun beds, sun umbrellas, sofas and armchairs for relaxing.
The BBQ area is covered and has a professional kitchen with fridge and freezer, wood stove and cemented BBQ. The table in the center can seat 18. At the opposite there is a bathroom with shower and another external shower.

Services included:
1 maid 8h/day (for cooking, ironing and cleaning);
1 gardener every day;
SPA and pool maintenance, twice a week.
