shops and restaurants with great cuisine.
The village is located on the South West of the island with many of the best and most beautiful beaches
a short drive away. The house is 8km from Ibiza town centre,
5 mins from Cala Jondal (Blue Marlin and Tropicanna beach clubs) Es Xarcu and Es Torrent beaches,
10 minutes to Salinas beach and 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is very modern in style with polished cement floors/bathrooms throughout. This designer villa has already been used in various photo shoots
for interior and fashion magazines. Air conditioning and under-floor heating throughout the house,
oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,
Sky TV satellite (all the English channels including sky sports).
