With a total capacity of up to 20 guests, the Villa has 600 m2 spread out in 3 different levels with 2,000 m2 of gardens. Located in the exclusive area of Cap Martinet –Talamanca, Jesús- with spectacular 180-degrees view to Formentera, Dalt Villa and Talamanca Beach .
The Villa is distributed into 6 spacious and independent sections, each one with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. A total of 9 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 5 fireplaces, various dining and living rooms and 2 laundry rooms. Each section is equipped with all the necessary comfort: fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, DVD, internet WI-FI access, HIFI stereo systems, iron,... A large swimming pool with chill outs overseeing Formentera, a sauna and a barbeque.

Apartment of 70 m2 with independent. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, living room with sofa-bed and fireplace, dining room, kitchen, private terrace with spectacular views to the sea, Formentera & Dalt Vila.
JUPITER:
Apartment of 120 m2 . 3 bedrooms (two with 2 beds each and one with a double bed), 2.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, large terrace with views to the sea, Formentera and Ibiza.
APOLO:
Apartment of 60 m2 . 1 room with two single beds with views to the sea and Formentera, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen with views and a dressing room.
ZEUS:
Apartment of 80 m2 . 1 Bedroom with one double bed, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, bar, kitchen, private terrace with sauna and spectacular views to the sea, Formentera and Dalt Vila.
OLIMPO:
100 m2 located in the upper level of the Villa. 1 bedroom with a large king size bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room with 42'' flat TV, satellite, DVD, Hi Fi stereo, large terrace with outdoor fireplace-barbeque and spectacular 180-degrees view to Formentera, Talamanca beach, Marina Botafoch & Dalt Villa.
