Description and type: Take the side-road to the left which begins on the outskirts of San Pedroose (Kilometre 13 on the Ibiza-San Pedroose road) and follow the relevant signs along the tarmaced road.

Means of transport: By private car or by bicycle. There is a bus service during the summer season.

Distance: 22 kilometres from Ibiza, 9 kilometres from San Pedroose.

Description: An inlet which takes the form of a pronounced and very enclosed cove.
Length: approximately 275 metres Width: 30 metres on average with sections up to 100 metres wide
Composition: Fine white sand of natural origin. Rocky zones at both ends of the beach.
Sea bottom: Almost entirely sandy. Very gentle gradient gives a depth of one metre at 25 metres from the shore, and allows you to walk out some 50 metres.
Direction, prevailing winds: Winds usually gentle and occasionally from the land to the sea, although being a well-enclosed bay this does not present any danger.
Panoramic aspects: The bay's unusual form results in what is practically a natural swimming-pool, giving it considerable charm.
