General description

300m2 villa all on one level and built on a land plot of 20.000m2 completely fenced.
It is located in the south coast of the island, in Cala Jondal, one of the most exclusive residential areas.
5 min driving from the airport and 10 min from Ibiza town.
The house has a very private position with a wonderful view of the sea,
Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta up to Formentera island.

All around the pool the green lawn covers a 500m2 area surrounded by a charming landscape with pine trees, bougainville and a patio that extends for the width of the villa.
The pool has a L shape, size 10x10m with a water fall in the centre, a chill out area with a Balinese bed and some sun beds positioned here and there. Outdoor dining area and BBQ.
The property is divided into a main house and a wooden Balinese cottage. Both have air conditioning and the main villa has a safe deposit plus an alarm connected to a private safety company.

The main house has:
1 master bedroom with 1 bed size 180cm, Jacuzzi and a private bathroom with shower;
1 bedroom with bed size 160cm and bathroom with shower;
1 bedroom with bed size 150cm and bathroom with shower;
1 kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave,
American fridge and a small laundry room with washing machine.
1 dining room with a table for 8 persons plus a sofa with a 45’ plasma satellite TV,
internet Wifi connection, DVD player and Hifi stereo.
The Balinese cottage has:
1 bedroom with a loft. On the lower level there are 2 single beds while on
the upper level there is 1 bed size 140cm;
1 crystal bathroom with shower and WC.
