General description

The villa has been built recently and is located in Cala Vadella, one of the most well known beaches in the south-west of the island. Both the house and its internal design are minimalist with a strong contrast between black and white colours.
The villa has a double view on Es Vedrà island and S’Espartas islands and is located 10 min walking distance from the closest beach.San, Josep town is only 10 min by car and Ibiza about 20 min.
The property is divided into the main house and an independent guest house and an underground garage with electrical door. From the external gate you enter through a beautiful garden completely fenced with olive trees, flowers and grass.
The back garden that surrounds the swimming pool has a covered dining area with BBQ and another area near the pool with sun beds and a shower. The house has heaters in all rooms, air conditioning and a safe deposit in the master bedroom upstairs. Furthermore,
there is an inside and perimeter alarm system. The house has also tank water (not salty)
.The main house is built on two levels.

On the ground floor there is:
1 big dining and living room with satellite LCDTV;
1 American kitchen fully equipped with oven,
microwave, fridge, dishwasher,
washing machine and dryer ;
1 toilet.
You reach the sleeping area through a sliding door and find:
1 junior suite with 1 bed (160cm) with wall to wall closet and private bathroom with tub;
1 bedroom with 1 bed (160 cm);
2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds (90cm);
1 bathroom with tub to share.
Going up the white open stairs you reach the first floor where you find the TV room with a sofa and reading area, with an overview of the downstairs living room;
1 master bedroom with a bed size 200cm, a dressing room and private bathroom with shower and tub.

The guest house is built on one level and there is:
1 dining room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons and a LCD TV;
1 small kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washer;
2 bathrooms;
1 bedroom with 1 bed (160cm);
1 dressing room.
