This ibizenco-style house dominates the landscape. The sunsets on the
Mediterranean are gorgeous and the quietness is incomparable. A Mediterranean
garden as well as a pine forest protect it from sound pollution.
There's a superb pool, some beaches are only 10 minutes away and Ibiza town is
at 20 km.
The living room / kitchen area on the ground floor is spacious (70 m2) and
surrounded by picture windows. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a
traditional and a micro wave oven as well as a dish washing machine. On the same
level there are a guest's washroom, a small children's bedroom with bathroom as
well as a large sleeping room with a 13 m2 bathroom
and direct access to the outdoor pool.
The two rooms on the upper floor open to a terrace (balcony) and are equipped
with queen size beds.
A bathroom completes this floor.
For your comfort, there is central heating, a chimney, air condition, four TV
sets (access to satellite program), a stereo, access to internet wifi, DVD and a
