The villa is beautiful decorated with very comfortable furniture and international art. Around the villa there are on different levels terraces, and one with the pool. Around the house there

 is a beautiful Mediterranean garden. From the terrace you can enjoy every evening a beautiful sunset.
AT 10 min. from the village San Pedroosé and at 20 min. from Ibiza town.
Little minutes from Cala d’Hort and in the direct neighbourhood a few other Cala’s.

Beautiful villa with a lot quietness and privacy

By the entrance there is the hall. On the left a beautiful large kitchen with a cooking place, oven and a 
refrigerator. There is a door for outside to go to one of the terraces. There is a big dining room 
with dining table and two doors to go to the terrace. 
Against the kitchen there is a comfortable sit area with satellite TV, DVD and a stereo installation. 
There is a big salon, with comfortable furniture 

and a little library in an other room.
In the main house there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the guesthouse there is a sitting/sleeping room and a bathroom 
The house is fully equipped for 6 persons.
The house is for renting during the whole year.
