General description

Minimalist 6 bedroom villa located on the hills of St Augustin, just a few KM from San Antonio,
and about 20 min driving from Ibiza town.
The closest beaches (Cala Conta and Cala Bassa) are only 5 min away.
This beautiful villa is built on a land plot of 2000m2 with a view over the San Antonio bay.
From the pool terrace you can admire the sunset. The villa has a double entrance:
from the top level of the house and from the bottom level, where there is also an electrical gate.

The inside is 700m2 divided into 3 levels:
On the top level there is the main entrance with a hall that brings to the dining and living room,
with a LCD satellite TV and stereo system with Ipod station.
There also is a fully equipped open kitchen with a double fridge, freezer,
Nespresso coffee machine, oven and dish washer.
From this are you can go to the pool terrace. The pool is 15x5m.
On this same level there are 3 master bedrooms (each with a 200cm bed),
each with private bathroom and safe deposit.
From the stairs you go to a lower level where there is a 130m2 master bedroom with a living room
with a view of the pool inside. There also is a fridge and safe deposit.

On this same level there is another master bedroom with private bathroom and safe.
This bedroom has an external access.
The lowest level of the villa has access only from outside.
Entering from a glass door there is a dining area and a gymnasium with bathroom and shower.
Going up the stairs there is a master bedroom with private bathroom.

The entire villa has air conditioning in all rooms, alarm,
internet Wifi connection and each bedroom has an Ipod station and a LCD satellite TV.
