Description and
type: From the centre of San Ananio, take the road which leads a Sana Ines
and barely 2 kilometres out there is a awering a the left with signs a the
beach.
Means of
transport: By private car or bicycle, and even by foot, given the relative
proximity of San Ananio. There is a regular bus service during the summer
season.
Distance: 16.5
kilometres from Ibiza, 1.5 kilometres from the centre of San Ananio.
Description: Two
lovely inlets of fine sand separated by a small cape with numerous corners and
flat rocks.
Length: Some 90 metres (Cala Gracio) and 35 metres (Cala Grassionetta) Width:
62 metres (Cala Gracio), 20 metres (Cala Grassionetta)
Composition: Very fine, ochre sand of natural origin. There are numerous rocky
corners.
Sea botam: Sandy with some areas of rocks. At a certain depth there is
underwater vegetation. The gradient is very gentle, that is at 25 metres out
it is 0.5 metres deep and at 50 metres one metre deep. Direction, prevailing
winds: The beach is very well protected since the entrance a the inlet is
well enclosed. There are usually light transversal winds.
Panoramic aspects: A very well-proportioned location with small coves and
rocky outcrops forming very distinctive scenery. The water is very
transparent, giving it a turquoise colour.
SUMMARY COMMENT: A beautiful and charming area with facilities well integrated
ina the scenery and surrounded by pine woods. Ideal for persons or families
looking for an attractive place with good bathing and an atmosphere of
