type: From the Ibiza-Portinatx road at Kilometre 18 take the tower-off with a
sign for the beach, and follow the earth road.

transport: By private car or bicycle; if by the latter you need to be an
experienced cyclist given the gradients to be negotiated.
Distance: 28
kilometres from Ibiza, 6 kilometres from San Juan.
Description: A
small sandy strip protected by attractive rises and reefs of rock, with a wide
range of fish present giving the place a marine ambience.
Length: 30 metres. Width: 10 metres.
Composition: Of coarse sand with many fine rocky corners.
Sea bottom: Of coarse sand and stone with underwater vegetation present, all
of this of great interest for snorkellers. The gradient provides full
security, there being only 2 metres of water at 40 metres out from the shore.
Direction, prevailing winds: Southerly winds from the land always light.
Panoramic aspects: The coastal scenery is very varied and has both natural and
marine characteristics.
SUMMARY COMMENT: A perfect destination for those who enjoy a peaceful day at
the beach in calm and tranquil surroundings with the possibility of carrying
out some nice walks or excursions along the adjacent coastline, or doing a bit
