Casa Vella

This fantastic property has a real postcard view of Ibiza town and Talamanca beach. Located only a short walk from the beach in the outskirts of Ibiza town. Villa Vella is a rarity on the island and provides first class accommodation for 16 persons, divided into 8 double bedrooms.

It has a very large pool terrace (swimming pool size 17m X 7m) with sunbeds all around, Balinese beds, and umbrellas. Lounge areas and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and an American bar area that lights up at night. The property is a perfect place for entertainment (it has outdoor sound-system) and also ideal for relaxation, as the villa has its private SPA with hot tub and steam room.

Beautiful views of the sea from all bedrooms, which face the pool. The layout is clean and minimalist with modern design and high-end fittings.

All the 8 bedrooms have independent access from the house. Each bedroom has: private Bathroom, TV and DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, air co, Internet WIFI and an alarm.

Facing the pool there is also a large living room with a TV room and a large fully equipped kitchen (fridges, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, juicer, blender, professional dishwasher). The kitchen has direct access to a terrace facing the sea with a dining area.

The house also has a Gym with various cardio and weight machines.
