La Gaviota

Charming Spanish style cottage, located in front of the sea with an amazing view of S’espartas and Bledas island. Situated in Cala Moli, 25 minutes from Ibiza town and less than 5 minutes from Cala Vadella and Cala Tarida beaches.
Surrounded by woods, Villa La Gaviota has a land plot of 1600m2 with several terraces and chillout areas. Pool size 15x5m facing the sea with sunbeds and a roof terrace from which you can admire the sunset.

1 large bathroom with a shower to share between the two bedrooms listed above. Both bedrooms have direct access to a terrace with sea view.

Near the pool house there is an independent bedroom, very private, with a large bed, a small sofa and a private bathroom with a shower.
